Unlike other brands that use water and pearlescent pigments in their metallic paints, which give a shine in the form of small glitters, our liquid leaf paint creates a solid shine like a real metal.
Being alcohol-based, the paint dries quickly. Depending on the layer, it takes 5-15 minutes.
It's the equivalent of a leaf sheet in the liquid form. But you do not need to apply glue, wait for it to dry, glue a gold sheet or silver sheet on it, getting a lot of dust and wasting a lot of time in the process. You have a handy format with a brush, which is very convenient to use especially when you need to work with small details. For example, to add fine lines to a painting or to paint the edges of a resin or ceramic piece, to gild a frame detail or to add a vintage effect.

This copper-colored liquid leaf is a great alternative to traditional foil leafing techniques (which can be messy and time consuming). The copper color is so rich and beautiful, and I've just been LOOOVING all things copper lately so this makes me super happy. Versatile product that I imagine could be used in a number of crafting mediums & styles. Small bottle, but it has great coverage and dries quick.

The shine on these is perfection. Such a great finish. And, They don't dry out or get sticky super fast the way some metallic paints do. I do recommend using a different brush than the ones that come in the cap though.
Very versatile as it can be used on a wide range materials – canvas, plastic, ceramic, wood, leather. The bottle has a built in brush (like nail polish) making application easy. Once opened there is an expiration date – but it’s three years in the future and is a reminder to use it rather than ‘save’ it. The picture is a very small swatch in a sketch book so the thickness looks exaggerated. It’s good coverage and shine without too much glitz.
These Liquid Gold Leaf colors are amazing, as is the texture. It paints on so smoothly and dies to a chrome-like finish in the color chosen. It also has a thicker texture so it has great coverage. I use it to enhance my epoxy resin items and also use it on other crafts I make. I didn't even know this form of gold leaf was available and I'm so happy I came across it. You get 6 different colors in this set which should cover most of everyone's needs. All packed securely in their own bags within a strong box. Very good item and price point.
